SERC Conducts On-Site Inspection at Golden Fortune Derivatives Exchange

April 19-21, 2023, with permission by H.E. SOU SOCHEAT, Delegate of Royal Government in charge as Director General of Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia, Ms. TIM Chandararath, Deputy Director of Securities Intermediaries Supervision Department led Officials of On-Site Inspection Division of Securities Intermediaries Supervision Department, to conduct an on-site inspection on Golden Fortune Derivatives Exchange Co., Ltd. to monitor the efficiency operation and compliance of the company with the licensing requirements, code of conduct and other relevant regulations.
